Who We Are
Some publishers work hard at recreating the innocence of simple emotions in order to sell cards.
Amanda or "Amanaka" was born in Maui and lived 2 1/2 years there. She spent her first two years of school in Japanese language immersion. By age 12 her family had collected hundreds of images she created without prompt and soley for her own enjoyment.
The artist is a writer, artist, musician horsebackrider, and student athlete.
Amanda's art has been displayed at the SoAlive Gallery in Davidson, NC
